G333 Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Start

General Rules

By registering or using the g333 platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and may be updated at any time. In the event of changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to read and understand the terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on g333.
• Each user may only operate one account; multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Information provided at registration must be accurate and complete; providing false information may result in account termination.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential; any unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately.
• G333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) through approved payment methods. A wagering requirement may need to be met after depositing before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the bank or mobile banking service. g333 reserves the right to place funds on hold pending investigation in the case of any suspicious transaction. If money laundering or fraud is proven, the account will be terminated and the relevant authorities will be notified. All bonuses and promotions have their own terms and apply separately.

Sports & Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed.
• Incorrect odds or lines issued due to a technical error may be considered void.
• Involvement in match fixing or any dishonest activity will result in permanent account closure.
• For live betting, no bet is valid until a confirmation message has been received.
• G333 reserves the right to reject any bet or set betting limits.

Liability & Limitations

The g333 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we are not responsible for technical outages, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues. g333 will not be held liable for losses caused by third-party payment service failures. It is entirely the user's responsibility to maintain the security of their own device and account. In the event of any dispute, g333's decision will be considered final. Our liability will in no circumstances exceed the user's active account balance.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All content, logos, designs, and software on the g333 platform are protected by our intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content beyond personal use is strictly prohibited. Using automated bots, scraping tools, or any unauthorized software to access the platform is strictly forbidden. Legal action may be taken against those who violate these rules. Our brand name and logo may not be used by third parties without permission.

Changes to Terms & Contact

G333 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be given via your registered email or through the platform.
